How fees work

The short version
- Joining, browsing and sending offers are free.
- There's one fee: 15%, taken from the price when a marketer gets paid.
- Builders pay exactly the price on the offer. Nothing is added on top.
- No subscriptions, no bidding credits, no hidden charges.
An example
A marketer offers 3 TikToks for $250. The builder picks it and pays $250. When the work is approved, the marketer gets $212.50, and Shoutyard keeps $37.50. You see the amount you'll get before you send an offer.
When the money moves
The builder pays when they pick an offer, and the payment is held. It's released to the marketer when the builder approves the work, or automatically 5 days after delivery. If nothing is delivered, the builder is refunded.
What the fee pays for
Card processing, holding the payment until approval, sending payouts, and handling problems if something goes wrong.
