What we collect

• Your email, and anything you type into Shoutyard: posts, offers, messages, deliveries, reviews.
• If you're a marketer, the email you want to be paid at.
• Basic usage events (like “posted” or “paid”) so we can see if the product works. No ad trackers.
• Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

Why

To run your deals: sign you in, show posts and offers, move money, send the emails a deal needs, and sort out problems. That's it.

Who sees what

• Your post (app, goal, budget) is shown to marketers.
• A marketer's name, one-liner, link, rating and deal record are shown on their offers.
• Deal threads are only visible to the two people in the deal, and to us if a problem is reported.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Services we use

Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Railway (hosting). Your data is stored on their servers in the United States. We don't sell your data.

Your choices

Want a copy of your data, a correction, or your account deleted? Email help@shoutyard.com. We keep payment and deal records as long as tax and financial laws require. Shoutyard is run by Nano Apps · ABN 61 372 340 154 · Australia.
