The short version

Shoutyard helps people who build products (builders) get users, with the help of independent marketers. Builders post what they need. Marketers send fixed-price offers. When a builder picks one and pays, it becomes a deal.

When you pay for a deal, you're buying that service from Shoutyard. We engage the marketer who made the offer, as an independent contractor, to deliver it. Shoutyard is run by Nano Apps · ABN 61 372 340 154 · Australia. You must be 18 or older to use it.

Money

• All prices are in US dollars. Builders pay exactly the offer price, with no extra fees.
• Marketers pay a 15% fee, taken from the price when they get paid.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe and appear on statements as SHOUTYARD. We hold the marketer's share until the work is approved: by the builder, or automatically 5 days after delivery.
• Marketers are paid to the payout email they give us, after approval. They're responsible for their own taxes.

Refunds and cancellations

• Until the work is approved, the marketer can cancel and refund you in full.
• If nothing is delivered by the due date, you can cancel for a full refund.
• If nothing is delivered 7 days after the due date, we refund you in full automatically.
• Once delivered, you have 5 days to accept it or report a problem (below). Accepted deals are final.
• Refunds go back to the original card. Banks usually take 5–10 business days.

Please report problems here instead of disputing the charge with your bank. That's the fastest way to a refund, and we may close accounts that use chargebacks for work they accepted.

Problems

Within 5 days of delivery, you can report a problem: nothing delivered, part of the offer missing, fake or misleading results, or a serious quality or compliance issue. Reporting pauses the payment. Offers sell work, not guaranteed results, so if the work matches the offer, it counts as done. Most problems get sorted in the deal thread. If they don't, we look at the offer, the delivery and the thread, and decide: a refund, or payment to the marketer.

Rules for marketers

• Do real work. Never sell or deliver followers, likes, views, upvotes, reviews, installs or signups that aren't from real people choosing to engage. No bots, engagement pods, vote manipulation or spam.
• Follow each platform's rules, and clearly disclose paid promotion where the law or the platform requires it.
• Deliver what your offer says, by the date it says. If you can't, say so and refund.
• Offer work you control, never guaranteed views, followers or signups. Posts you deliver stay up for at least 30 days.
• Report results honestly. Misleading evidence gets you removed.
• Once a deal is paid, the builder may use everything you delivered for their product.

Rules for everyone

• Keep deals and payments on Shoutyard. That's what protects you.
• Be decent. Harassment, scams and illegal products aren't welcome.
• We can remove accounts and posts that break these rules.

Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that can't be excluded. Where the law lets us limit our liability, it's limited to the amount paid for the deal in question, and we're not liable for indirect losses. We don't promise any particular marketing result.
